How often do you hear people say "this is just how I am"? Or better yet, how often do you say it yourself? Don't get us wrong, we absolutely support the idea of knowing and loving ourselves. We all need to hear that sometimes and give ourselves some validation. That said, where do we draw the line between appreciating self and not having a growth mindset?
